Then, my friend Tyler Stevens fought his way to the top of the first annual Brunch Brawl Cocktail Competition:

Hey, @faithstevens – your hubby knocked it out of the park. Congrats Tyler on winning the first annual #feastpdx Brunch Brawl cocktail competition. "Perfectly balanced," the judges said. Perfectly prepared, it seemed: he brought his bags and coolers full of tricks. Also: homemade heirloom tomato sangrita. (Got any left for our #pdxfoodswap??) ;)

And to cap off the morning: Bloody Marys and all the fixings in EVERY direction. It’s a shame Ted wasn’t with me to drink one. (Shhh…I prefer champagne!)
